This requirement is limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the SBA Columbus, Cleveland and Detroit District Offices, which have the assigned SIC code amoung those approved for 8(a) participation. Only 8(a) firms meeting the requirements will be considered. Estimated cost of proposed acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.00.
