The work consists of repairing the asphalted area at the Walter Horning Tree Seed Orchard. The work includes installation of an area drain, trenching and installing a drain pipe, installing a conduit under the parking lot, filling designated cracks, removing damaged asphalt and subgrade, placing new asphalt and subgrade, application of a slurry coat over the entire asphalted area, constructing a concrete retaining wall, removing existing floor of middle greenhouse and replace with concrete floor.
