In general, the work shall consist of removal of existing gravel-surfaced, built-up roofing, plastic and metal flashings, metal gravel stop, and other miscellaneous items including temporary removal of existing lightning protection system; installation of new tapered roof insulation on two-story portion of the building; installation of new built-up roofing with gravel surfacing; installation of new metal gravel stop and other flashings and other miscellaneous work associated with the reroofing. Estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business.
