contract with a 5 year basic period is being solicited for the repair
and overhaul of jet engine fuel systems accessories. Contract will be
for overflow of organic repair capability and is applicable to the
following weapon systems: A-37, B1B, B-52, C-5, C-130, KC-135, C-141,
H-3, CH-53, HH-60, T-37, T-38, T-39. There are 25 items included in
this solicitation, and the FSCs are 2915, 1680 and 4810. The items
identified herein are representative of the total requirement and
represent the majority of the anticipated procurement dollars: NSN
2915-00-656-6005, Actuator, P/N 151709-1, Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ)
828; NSN 2915-00-679- 4272, Valve, P/N 134395, BEQ 314; NSN
2915-00-891-9337, Val Gate, P/N 1376715, BEQ 73; NSN 2915-01-229-0996,
Val Body, P/N 131447, BEQ 883; NSN 2915-01-231-2309, Rotor Assembly,
P/N 131382, BEQ 555. Qualification requirements will be released with

and strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The
Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the
