The service must provide breaking stories and coverage of Cuba, Untied States, South America, Central America, Mexico, Asia, Europe (western & eastern), Africa and Middle East. These stories should be available in various forms, i.e., complete reporter voiced packages (when a script cannot be provided) natural sound voice over edited material of a news event, and raw (uncut) footage of a particular news event.
