This event will be held at the Kashim Club and will be open to all enlisted personnel and their families, all DOD civilians, federal employees, and enlisted retirees who (in the local area) are club members. We are looking for T-shirts, hats, football helmets, footballs, and or any sporting goods or equipment that is related to the game of football. We are also seeking cash sponsorship, to cover the cost of the event, of approximately $750.00. We are also looking for door prizes such as football jerseys, tickets and tours, fishing trips, excursions, outings, etc. that can be given away throughout the event. We would accept all or part sponsorship/donation pending on the sponsor and to what they can provide. We will allow the sponsor(s) to set up a booth and imformation, display banners, etc. at the event. Representation from the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation can be accepted no later than 4 January 1999. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government.
