We are soliciting in-kind donations for our Elmendorf Clubs, enlisted (Kashim) and officer (Susitna), Membership Appreciation Nights scheduled for January through March 1999. These Membership Nights will be open to all base personnel, their families, DOD civilians, federal employees, and retirees who (in the local area) are club members. Our clubs have approximately 3,800 members. We are requesting sponsorship/donations in the following forms. Door prizes such as tickets and tours, fishing trips, outings, excursions, etc. We are also seeking hats, T-shirts, Promotional Items,etc. to be given away during these membership nights. We are also seeking grand prizes such as airline tickets, computers and accesories, etc. All offers will be considered. We would accept all or part sponsorship/donation depending on the sponsor and what they can provide. We will allow the sponsor(s) to set up a booth and imformation, display banners, etc. at the event. Advertising will be done in all areas of Elmendorf Air Force Base. Representation from the sponsor for the event will be accepted and encouraged. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation can be accepted no later than 04 January 1999.
