The services to be included were previously issued under Solicitation DAAD05-98-R-0564, entitled, "OMB Circular A-76 Commercial Activities for Community and Family Activities," published in the CBD on 26 May 1998. The additional services will include Child/Youth Development Services Programs which are comprised of supplemental program services, child development and school age services, family child services, developmental programs, fitness and sports programs, team/league sports programs, president physical fitness program, school age services sports support and social leisure and recreational program. Community Recreation Programs include management of gymnasiums, administering facilities reservation systems, management of auto craft program/facility, and the rent-a-mechanic program. Related support services include the non-appropriated fund (NAF) budgeting and planning program, the logistics program, and the NAF information management program. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued approximately 1 August 1998. Contract will be awarded on an ALL or NONE Basis for a base year and four one-year option periods.
