Snyder, Contract Specialist, (717)547-1641, extension 546 The Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, located in Otisville, New York, has a requirement for sludge removal services for a one year base period and four one year option periods. The contractor will be required to provide dumpsters, transport, and dispose of all sludge at the Federal Correctional Institution in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency, state and local regulations. The contractor must be an approved sludge hauler by the Environmental Protection Agency and the applicable State Department of Environmental Conservation and must transport the sludge to an approved Department of Environmental Conservation Sanitary Landfill or sanitary dumpster. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all required permits and licenses related to the sludge removal. This requirement is unrestricted, open to both large and small businesses.
