S -- PROFESSIONAL SECUIRTY SERVICES AS DEFINED IN THE SOLICITATION SOL GS-03P-98-GID-0016 POC John Mountain, (215) 656-6117 Indefinite quantity requirements term contract to provide professional security services defined by the solicitation primarily as Armed/Unarmed Guard and Building Security Officer Services. The contrator shall perform these services as required at owned and leased Federal facilities located in 18 counties in the State of Maryland and Accomack County in Virginia. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business participation only, SIC Code 7381. The resulting contract award shall be for a one year base period of performance, with the possibility of four consecutive one year option periods. Previous history: This is a first time solicition for this expanded geographic area for required services. There are incumbent contractors performing similar type services at some specified locations, however, there is a completely revise4d scope of work.
