The U.S. Special Operations Command intends to issue a Time and Materials delivery order against Basic Ordering Agreement DAAJ09-95-G-0018 with Boeing Defense and Space Group, Helicopter's Division, for Training Courseware Revisions to the current manuals. The initial period of performance is 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999 with options for up to 2 years. Boeing will provide configuration control and update/revisions service that consist of CH-47D, MH-47E training courseware to reflect technical publication efforts for (in electronic medium) BGAD I, II, III, & IV, MWO, ECPs, configuration control, 2028's and any other potential changes required. The intended source, Boeing Defense and Space Group, Helicopter's Division developed and manufactured the CH-47D and MH-47E aircraft, possess requisite engineering expertise and technical data to develop the aforementioned courseware. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
