The facility shall provide a general session room for 150 theatre style, an estimated maximum of four concurrent session rooms for 45 each theatre style, and a reception room for 80 cabaret style. There will also be a continental breakfast and several coffee breaks each day. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which OCC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. However, responsible sources with this capability and date availability may submit a proposal no later than six days from the published date of this announcement.
