Grade and fill to restore the grade of eroded riding trail; construct dry wells for detention of storm water from roof drains; grade and terrace pasture areas; and seed and mulch to establish turf. Schedule II: Make general erosion control improvements to include: grading to control storm water runoff; seeding and mulching to establish turf; cleaning, grading, and construction of check dams in drainage swales; and construction of detention pond. Schedule III: Grade and terrace to restore drainage patterns; seed and mulch to establish turf. Estimated cost range of project is from $500,000 to $1,000,000. Network Analysis will be required.
