Swanson, Contract Specialist, (931) 454-4409 This procurement is to provide all material, labor, and equipment to renovate 28 Military Family Housing units. These units consists of seven 2-story apartment buildings with four apartments in each building. Work includes upgrading exterior siding, replacing windows, installing new bath fixtures, and replacing vinyl floor tile. One apartment building at a time will be vacated prior to the contractor being authorized to perform on-site work. The contractor will only be permitted to work in one apartment building at a time. The Government will vacate the succeeding building 14 calendar days following final inspection and acceptance of work in the preceding building. This project is located at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. The performance period will be 360 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.
