Facility shall include communication requirements, fire protection/ HVAC systems, finishes and exterior site work. Alter existing offices, training room, vehicle bays, control tower and exercise areas. Provide vehicle exhaust system. All work shall be in strict compliance with specifications and drawings. This will be a firm fixed price construction contract with 240 days construction performance time. Magnitude of proposed project is between $ 1,000,000 and $ 5,000,000. Issue date is projected issue date is 14 Aug 98 and opening date is projected to be 14 Sep 98.
