Greene, Contracting Officer, (202) 324-3319 The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to award a purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Air-Vac Engineering Company, Inc., for the following items: 1 each -- BGA/SMD Rework System, Model Number DRS24C.2D; Non Contact Temp Probe, Model Number 101202.011; Micro Stencil Adapter, Model Number NSH1; and Fume Extraction Manifold, Model Number 120040. The Rework System is completely closed-loop and has a full view of the part on four sides from the top side. The alignment accuracy of the DRS24C is to 4 mils and is repeatable for part replacement within .0003 inches. This unit has an inspection stereo-microscope with a patented vision system including custom fiber optics and polarizing filter which allows for easy alignment.
