THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The US Army BCPO anticipates the acquisition of commercial items in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 as supplemented. The objective of this effort will be the delivery of a die, LM122, National Stock Number 5962-01-456-7157, quantity 12,000. The item cannot be a prototype and must meet Mil Standard 883 requirements. Former source was DPA Components International, however, an equal source/product will be considered. Specifications for the die can be found at the following web site www.dscc.dla.mil. Firms responding must submit technical /functional documentation (i.e. technical/functional literature, brochures etc.) for the die. The technical/functional documentation shall provide sufficient technical/functional data in order for the project office to determine whether the product meets the required form, fit, function requirements. Potential offerors must be able to successfully demonstrate the capability to deliver these die in the required quantities and delivery time of eight weeks after receipt of award to White Sands Missile Range, NM 88022-5158. Note: Packaging is standard commercial packaging for electronic dies and wafers. In addition, firms responding should indicate if they are a Small Business, a Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business, an 8(a) qualified business, or Woman-owned Business.
