Hodges, Contracting Officer Services to furnish all labor and material necessary to perform interior submarine deck-covering to include: Deck preparation, underlayment installation, and reseal. The following various materials will be required: Cosmetic polymeric deck covering; Tile, fire-retarded; Rubber matting, electrical grade; Ceramic and Quarry Tile. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Services to begin on or about 01 October 1998 through 30 September 1999 with four (4) twelve-month option periods commencing thereafter at the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion & Repair, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The Government intends to include the clause FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, in the solicitation. At the time established for receipt of past performance information and in addition to your required references, describe your company's past performance on Government and/or commercial contracts which are "same or similar" in scope, magnitude and complexity to that required by this solicitation. The information shall be for at least three (3) contracts currently in proces or completed within the past five (5) years. The information must be clear as to whether the srvice provided was done as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. Offerors who present past or present contracts which are "similar" to the requirements of this solicitation, shall provide a detailed explanation demonstrating the similarity of these contracts to the requirements of this solicitation. The offeror shall provide the information requested above for past performance evaluation or affirmatively state that it possesses no relevant "same or similar" past performance.
