Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the City of Seattle for installation of six strands of single mode fiber optic cable from downtown Seattle to location in north Seattle. The City has installed a fiber optic cable network throughout the greater Seattle area. NOAA requires connection to fiber optic cable network. Negotiating a sole source contract with the City most cost-effective than doing work with Govt resources or contracting on the open market.
