Notice of intent to issue a modification to existing purchase order 40ABNF800651 for designing Java-based scripts and applets that will be added to existing traffic metrics web pages. NOAA requires additional work on subject order to complete design and code to traffic metrics interface and the link performance enhancements. Current vendor has completed much of the project to meet delivery requirements, and modification is required to allow vendor to complete additional design/code. Any change in personnel would require additional retraining in NOAA's program, software, and web page resulting in additional cost to the Govt.
