HAFB ELECTRONIC COMMERCE INDUSTRY DAY You are invited to attend our upcoming Electronic Commerce Industry Day scheduled for 5 Aug 98 at Hill Air Force Base. Very shortly, all Hill AFB solicitations will be available on the Internet and paper solicitations will eventually be stopped. This industry day is being held to help contractors become familiar with our new procedures in an effort to make a smooth transition to "paperless" contracting. This will be your opportunity to receive instruction on how to use our web page(s) and associated tools. The conference will be held from 08:00 hours to 12:30 hours on Wednesday, 05 August, 1998 in the PK Conference Room in Building 1289. There is NO fee to attend this conference. We will be conducting two separate sessions. The first session will cover information concerning our new electronic procedures. The second session will cover general information about using the Internet. You are welcome to attend either session, or both. Pre-registration for the conference is required no later than 29 Jul 98.
