Work includes, but is not limited to, Demolition of: Existing two-pipe hot water/chilled water system, outdoor air ventilation units, fan coil units, steam convectors, exhaust air systems, ductwork, automatic temperature controls and electrical distribution, all serving Building 1; Installation of: New four-pipe hot water and chilled water systems, outdoor air ventilation units, fan coil units, terminal heating equipment, exhaust air systems, ductwork, automatic temperature controls, electrical distribution and panelboards, all serving Building 1; extension of the direct buried four-pipe hot water and chilled water systems and the automatic temperature controls system from the Chiller Plant in Building No. 18 to Building No. 1; and extension of direct buried electrical service from a power center in Building 99 to Building 1.
