Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing gravity ventilators, gable vent louvers, misc. flashing, antennas, electrical items & supports, gutters, up to max. of 4 layers of existing shingle roofing, existing underlayment to roof deck, water damaged wood roof deck sheathing, rafter ends, nailers and fascia, soffit, masonry brick chimneys, and a metal chimney. Provide new wood deck sheathing, rafter ends and fascia if needed, aluminum soffit and fascia, eve ventilators, class "B" metalbestos chimneys, aluminum gutters, reinstall electrical support items, continuous ridge vent, roof shingles with underlayment, eve ice dam protection, and, flashing and drip edge. The term of the contract will be for one year with a Government option to extend for one (1) option year. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000 spread out over the base and the option year.A 20% bid bond is required with the bid. The SIC code for this procurement is 1761 and the size standard is $7M.
