The work to be performed consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to repair the AFRC, building located at Charleston AFB,SC. The work to be performed generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Perform a site visit in order to determine the actual amount of work, dimensions, variations, and field conditions which affect the work, renovating a portion of the building that entails the replacement of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, installing exterior canopies and renovating portions of the building. This solicitation will be evaluated using Performance/Price trade off procedures. "WHILE FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABE WITHIN THE AIR MOBILITY COMMAND, TO FUND THIS PROJECT, WE ANTICIPATE FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE BY 16 NOV 98. IF CURRENT FISCAL YEAR (FY98) FUNDS BECOME AVAILABE, CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE NO LATER THAN 30 SEP 98. IF FY98 FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, THIS PROJECT WILL BE FUNDED WITH FY99 FUNDS.
