Crace, 706-731-7173 Provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary for the demolition and removal of an existing cooling tower, furnishing and installing a new Baltimore Aircoil Model 33707 Cooling Tower with both stainless steel hot water and cold water basins and internal ladder and service platform, at VA Medical Center, Downtown Division, Augusta, Georgia. Work also includes disconnect and reconnect associated piping; re-insulate with insulation to match existing and modify existing service (catwalk) platform and ladder. Existing electrical service will be disconnected and re-connected by VA Medical Center staff. Equipment must be Baltimore Aircoil as specified. No substitutions will be allowed. All work shall be completed as shown on drawings and in accordance with the specifications. Applicable SIC code is 1711. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bidding material consisting of drawings, specifications and contract forms may be obtained by qualified general (prime) contractors interested in submitting bids.
