E-MAIL: Contracting Officer, milesr@emh5.stewart.army.mil. The Army requires a contract to paint the exterior and interior of Building 1157 located at Ft. Stewart, GA. All plant, labor, materials, and equipment to be furnished by the Contractor. Building will be occupied and is also used as a storage building for hazardous material. Access to building for performance of work shall be closely coordinated with the occupant. Contractor will be allowed to work in half of the interior of the building at one time. All work in half of building before Contractor is allowed to work in the other half. Work is expected to be performed within 45 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This project is solicited on an unrestricted basis under SIC 1721. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. There is no charge for the solicitation package.
