The project includes but is not limited to the demolition and removal of concrete block walls, door frames, glazed structural tile units, ceramic tile floor and setting bed, vinyl composition tile floors; provide new ceramic tile and concrete block units to match existing to patch walls where demolition has occurred, provide new plaster ceilings; provide new toilet accessories and plumbing fixtures. Project range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Completion time is 120 days for basic bid and 90 days for additive item. Award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Solicitation will be provided in response to written requests only.
