The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee order to Lockheed Martin Federal Systems (LMFS-Owego), 1801 State Route 17C, Owego, NY 13827-3998 under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-97-G-0111 to perform a requirements study based on the SH-60R Operational Requirements Document (ORD) to ensure the SH-60R Air Weapon System and Multi-Mission Helicopter Avionics System Specification requirements are complete and testable. Development, manufacturing, test, deployment, operations, support, training and disposal implications shall be analyzed. LMFS-Owego is the sole developer and integrator of the SH-60R avionics suite and therefore, is the only known source with the expertise, technical data, equipment, and experienced personnel necessary to perform the required engineering study and analysis.
