17. Services include monthly release detection monitoring of the 23
petroleum underground storage tanks (USTs) or Oil/Water Separators at
NAS JRB Fort Worth. The required method of release detection is by
vapor monitoring for a 'tracing compound' which is mixed beforehand
with the petroleum substance normally contained in the tanks. Existing
TRACER method sensing wells located at each tank shall be used. All of
the tanks have sensing wells located at each tank shall be used. All if
the tanks have sensing wells installed. The contract will be for a
period of twelve months. This is a small purchase procurement that is
issued under the SIC of 8734 with a small business size standard
