The government intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to MemCo Software Inc. 6320 Green Spring Ave, Baltimore, MD 21209. The order will be for annual software upgrade maintenance and technical support for the period of 1 October, 1998 through 30 September, 1999 for the following: "Silver Support" for SeOS Access Control for 5 each, Ultra Enterprise 6000 Servers (Unix) with 265 clients.
