The contractor shall perform maintenance and administration of the Lucent Technologies customer premise equipment (CPE) consisting of, but not limited to, a Lucent Technologies G3R Large Business Private Automated Branch, a G3I Private Automated Branch Exchange, and their associated Automated Digital Information Exchange (AUDIX) voice mail systems, to include all instruments and interfacing equipment such as DSN interfaces and external paging system interfaces, etc. The contractor shall also provide consulting, engineering, installation, cut-over, testing and trouble shooting, diagnostics (on-site and remotely), inventories, and documentation. Top Secret Facility Clearance is required. Performance will take place at Hickam AFB, HI from 1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99. A one year option period will also be included.
