Proposals are being solicited for an Indefinate Delivery Indefinate Quantity contract for one year with four option years for the demolition and material removal of buildings, including residential units. Some buildings may include asbestos materials and lead paint. This includes abandonment of domestic water and septic systems, removal of driveways and other improvements. Contractor is responsible for site restoration. The total of work per year will not exceed $100,000.00 and each task order will not exceed $50,000. The awardee will be guaranteed $5000.00 over the life of the contract.This contract is subject to Service Contract Act. Multiple awards may be made.
