The technical requirements will be listed in a modification to an existing contract. The Government seeks continuation of development of the Multi-Source Correlator/Tracker (MSC/T) which is being developed for the United States Marine Corps (USMC). The MSC/T software suite resides upon a Sun SPARC Ultra II computer and serves as the operating software which correlates the information received from the Navy CEC link and from various air defense data links which have been forwarded from the Air Defense System Integrator. The MSC/T then outputs correlated, formatted information to the USMC CEC system display and workstation LAN. Additional requirements will be executed by a modification to an existing contract that was awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to Solipsys Corporation, 6100 Chevy Chase Drive, Laurel, MD 20707. The Government has additional requirements, all of which relate to the work already being performedby Solipsys, which were unforeseen at the time of contract award.
