The Indian Head Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center has a sole source requirement to Denver Research Institute, (DRI), to support the further development and modification of two ultrasonic inspection systems, to support the screening/manufacturing of MK 90 grains and to perform tests/evaluations on other energetic materials. This support encompasses engineering analysis, inspections, tests and evaluations, plus recommendations for technical and life cycle support of energetic materials. Specifically, these services include those tasks that support the ultrasonic inspection of the MK 90 Grain, MK 66 Rocket Motor or 2.75 Inch Rocket. The procurement will be issued under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) -- Only one responsible source.
