The Officer in Charge requires all labor, management, tools, materials and equipment necessary to provide routine and cyclical maintenance and minor repairs of facilities; both recurring and nonrecurring maintenance and repairs support of commissary occupied real property including but not limited to the following: buildings, structures, furnaces, air-conditioning and chillers, walk-in freezers, equipment in place, washers, dryers, compressors, kitchen equipment, drains, plumbing, pipe-fitting, interior lighting, interior electrical distribution, floors, walls, ceiling, closets, cabinets, doors, tile, windows, indoor-outdoor signs, plastering, sheet metal components, supply-booster fans, fan-coil units and temperature or energy management controls. Work to be accomplished by means of a combination Firm Fixed Price/ Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract term is for a period of one (1) year. the Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months.
