Schedule II: Replace piping, values, controls and heat exchangers in 13 buildings. Abate asbestos containing material. Schedules III and IV: Construct additions to accommodate new make-up air units. Demolish existing HVAC systems and provide new split system heat pumps. Upgrade electrical. Schedule V: Provide new HVAC units and exhaust hood. Upgrade electrical. Schedule VI: Waterproof basement of 60,000 square foot facility. Expose and waterproof basement exterior walls and provide subsurface drainage system. Schedules VII and VIII: Renovate existing latrines, to include new showers and locker room, replace showers, toilets and lavatories. Modify plumbing and provide lighting. Schedule IX: Repair walls, install new wall coverings and chair rail, replace all ceiling tiles, and paint surface. Estimated construction ranges: Schedule I -- $250,000 to $500,000; Schedule II: -- $1,000,000 to $5,000,000; Schedule III—$500,000 to $1,000,000; Schedule IV -- $500,000 to $1,000,000; Schedule V -- $100,000 to $250,000; Schedule VI -- $250,000 to $500,000; Schedule VII -- $100,000 to $250,000; Schedule VIII -- $100, 000 to $250,000; Schedule IX -- $100,000 to $250,000.
