The work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, site preparation, construction of a new 31,216 square foot Squadron Operations building, new 4,596 square foot Security Police Operations building, new 8,073 square foot Aircraft Organizational Maintenance Shop, utilities, parking lots and curbing. Performance time is 365 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost of construction is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. The solicitation will be ready for issue on /or about July 31, 1998. Bid opening will be 2:00 PM (EST), on September 9, 1998. Plans and Specifications are available on CD-ROM disc (AUTOCADD 13 and Microsoft Word) only. A non-refundable charge of $35.00 will be required for purchase of each set of plans and specifications.
