Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to Replace the Fire Alarm System, Phase II, in Buildings 4, 4A, 5, 62, 68, 90 and 120 at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (East Campus), Tuskegee, Alabama, as required by the contract drawings and specifications. Work consists of installation of new addressable Fire Alarm System, testing new system, removal of old system and required finish work in strict accordance with contract drawings and specifications. This is Phase II of a Three Phase Fire Alarm Replacement Project. Phase I construction is in progress using Simplex Fire Alarm Equipment. Contractor is required to install Simplex Fire Alarm Equipment in Phases II and III. Applicable SIC Code is 1731 with size standard of $7.0 million. The cost range for this project is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. A $75.00 non-refundable cashier's check or money order is required for each set of drawings and specifications and should be made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medial Center.
