The work, in general, consists of removing of all existing metal roofing on main hangar portion of the building. Installing new fasteners to replace all existing removed fasteners and installing four plastic roof vents on existing EPDM roof of south lean to portion of the building. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment complete in accordance with the plans and specifications.
