The Government intends to award an order against the Master Agreement for Demolition of Various Facilities, Various Areas, Hawaii for the demolition of Building S87 (Helix House No. 2), Lualualei, Oahu, Hawaii. The project involves the demolition and removal of a cast-in-place concrete structure. The project also includes the removal and disposal of substrates with lead-containing paint. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supplies, transportation, disposal services, supervision, administration, and management required to complete the work. Project duration is 180 calendar days. Award will be made on or about 14 August 1998. A. Jones Management Services Inc., Charlotte NC; North Pacific Construction Inc., Honolulu HI; RHS Lee Inc., Pearl City HI; and Tajiri Lumber Ltd, Honolulu HI.
