The size standard is $7.0 Million. Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace approximately 920 square yards of carpeting, approximately 1800 LF cove base, approximately 10 LF black nosing, and installing 142 white horizontal blinds, 59" x 88-1/2", with 2" slats in designated areas, in Building 3250, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia.
