Work includes but is not limited to: replacing existing windows, trim and accessories in three dormitory buildings; one building is three stories and two are two storied. Also includes replacement of insulated metal panels in some openings and exhaust louvers. All new windows shall be heavy commerical units; factory glazed by the window manufacturer with insulating glass units one inch thick and argon filled. Select units will have low E glass. The period of performance is 329 calendar days to include material approval, acquisition, transportation and installation. The contract will be firm fixed price.
