The system shall be complete including roof retro- fit framing design, insulation, standing seam metal roof and relocation of existing equipment. All existing roof appurtenances and equipment, except roof drains, shall be raised/relocated to mount/penetrate new roof. SIC Code is 1761/$7.0 Million. The estimated dollar range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. For the purpose of determining small business size, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7.0 million. Performance time will vary from 4 months to 8 months per delivery order depending on roof size. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
