The work, in general, consists of installing a new hydraulic, holeless, three stop passenger elevator into an existing CMU elevator shaft with an existing adjacent elevator equipment room. This work shall include the demolition to existing sections of non-load bearing metal frame/gypsum drywall partition walls, the modifications of existing related smoke, fire protection and electrical systems. Performance period is 120 calendar days. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment complete in accordance with the plans and specifications.
