The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1611 -- Highway and Street Construction, Except Elevated Highways. The size standard is $17.0 Million. Work includes demolishing an approximately 8-inch thick concrete apron overlayed with concrete asphalt aircraft washrack; demolishing the washrack's associated was-water drain structures and piping; replacing washrack with a new concrete apron with stone subgrade, two drain structures, one valve vault, one valve vault, one oil/water separator, and approximately 178 linear feet of ductile-iron gravity stormwater and sewage piping; and constructing and demolishing a temporary washrack consisting of asphalt berms, a sump pump, and associated drain line; and incidental related work The projected date of availability of the solicitation is 4 August 1998. The projected bid opening date is 03 September 1998.
