All roofs are wooden and will be reroofed with Sugar Pine shakes, Cedar shingles or CedarRoyal shingles. The contract will be evaluated as a "best value" contract, considering price factors and nonprice factors such as Past Performance and prior experience. The contract will be an Indefinate Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract. The magnitude of the first delivery order is between $25,000 and $100,000. The SIC Code is 1761.
