The Navy requires 20,000 each Fin Release Band Kits for MK 15 Bombs. The kits shall be manufactured in accordance with NAVAIRSYSCOM Drawings. The kits contain a release assembly, release band and retainer. The release band is made of steel, CRES, type 301, 302, hard condition, 28 finish, conforming to MIL-S-5059. The flat release band before forming is 33.781 inches in length. Delivery is to be within 90 days from effective date of contract award. Shipment shall be FOB destination to NSWC, Crane, IN. Final inspection and acceptance will be at source. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable SIC Code is 3499 and the size standard is 500 employees. The procurement will be structured for a greatest value award, considering price and past performance.
