16 -- INCORPORATION OF ENGINEERING CHANGE PROPOSALS INTO THE AIRBORNE COMMAND POST (ANBCP) MODIFICATION SOL N00019-98-G-0022/N00019-94-C-0224 POC Sherry A. The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a modification to incorporate three separate engineering change (ECP) proposals into the Airborne Command Post (ABNCP) Modification to Raytheon E-Systems, Inc 7400 Maehr Road, Waco, TX 76705 for E-6 and EC-135. These ECPs include (1) the upgrade of the software configuration for the Mission Computer System, (2) the correction of deficiencies to the Structural Data Recorder, and (3) the incorporation of two Air Force ECPs in support of MILSTAR. This modification(s) will be issued on a sole source basis to Raytheon, the only source with the pre-requisite knowledge and experience in the design and development of the ABNCP modification.
