The Office of Inspector General has a requirement to purchase a minimum of four (4) Vehicle Mounted Covert Video Surveillance and Recording Systems. These covert systems are designed for pickup truck installation and utilizes a truck bed mounted tool box type container. The system consist of viewing ports that will provide for a 360 degree field of view; low light black and white, and color video cameras with zoom lens; both hardwire electrical controls and wireless remote control apparatus; motion activated recording system; multi-frequency scanner (for recording body wire transmissions on video tape); DC powered video time lapse recorder; long term, rechargeable DC power supply; and vehicle security system. This solicitation includes an option for increased quantity not to exceed ten (1) units. This requirement is being issued as a 100 percent small business set-aside for small business concerns only.
