General Requirements: a 15 foot high tower is to be built and bolted to the existing 20 foot high "site x" tower at the Newport Test Facility. This tower will consist of a "thick ASTM A36 HRS plate rolled to a dia. Of 9'-4". This tower will be 15'-0" high. A 116" outside dia. X 87" inside dia.
